Winnerwell Shipping Policy

At Winnerwell®, we are committed to delivering high-quality outdoor gear to your doorstep in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner. Please review the following shipping terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Regions
We currently deliver to most countries worldwide, with shipments dispatched based on warehouse location and real-time inventory availability. Our fulfillment network enables efficient delivery from the nearest available warehouse to your shipping address.
Our main logistics hubs are located in:

● the U.S.
● Asia

2. Processing Time
● Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
● Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local warehouse time) may be processed the next business day
● During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers such as:
● FedEx, DHL, UPS (for international and express delivery)
● Sendle, GLS, DPD (for regional European delivery)
● Local fulfillment centers or logistics partners may be used depending on your location

4. Shipping Time Estimates
Shipping times vary depending on your region and the selected shipping method. Delivery typically takes 3–15 business days based on your location and the closest fulfillment center.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using:

● Your customer account on our website
● The carrier’s official tracking portal

7. Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are:
● Not included in the product or shipping price
● Collected by customs in your country
● Customer’s responsibility to pay and clear

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:
● Please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery
● Provide your order number and tracking info
● We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly

9. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. Winnerwell is not responsible for:
● Packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
● Re-shipping costs if the package is returned due to wrong address
