Winnerwell Return & Refund Policy
At Winnerwell®, we stand behind the quality and durability of our gear. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re here to make returns as smooth as possible.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify:
● The item must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
● All original parts, manuals, and accessories must be included
● Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
❗Note: Due to the nature of outdoor equipment, we cannot accept used or fire-exposed gear for return unless it's damaged or defective upon arrival.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
● Order number
● Photos of the issue
● A brief description
Email us at ecommerce@winnerwell.com, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement, refund, or repair.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
● Used or fire-exposed products
● Custom-made or special-order items
● Final sale / clearance items
● Gift cards
● Hazardous or flammable materials

Need a different size or model? The fastest way is to:
1. Submit a return request
2. Once accepted, place a new order for the item you want
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please follow the steps below:
1. Email ecommerce@winnerwell.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will review your request
3. If approved:
For orders shipped from our Australia warehouse, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label
For orders shipped from other warehouses, due to system limitations, we are unable to generate return shipping labels. You will receive the return address and instructions, and you will need to arrange the return shipment yourself
4. Carefully repackage the item and ship it to the address provided
⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
European Union Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
For orders shipped to the EU, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Items must be unused and in original condition, as outlined above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
● Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
● Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process
● Processing time by your bank or credit card provider may vary
