| Female Threaded Fitting x2 | Connecting Pipe x2 |
| 2. Drill Holes in the Hot Tub |
| First, determine the installation surfaces for both the heater and the hot tub. Then, follow the instructions below to drill the holes: 1. Hole Diameter: φ45.5mm / 1.8in 2. Hole Position: ● The bottom hole of the hot tub should be at least 15cm (5.9 in) above the installation surfaces. ● The top hole of the hot tub should be at least 5cm (2 in) higher than the upper connection of the water heater. ● Ensure the connecting pipe maintains a consistent upward incline. After drilling, smooth the edges of the holes to remove any burrs and wood debris, preventing sealing issues with the connection. |

Usage Precautions |
1. To ensure smooth water circulation, avoid sharp bends or excessive curves in the connecting pipes, as they can restrict flow. Poor water circulation can lead to steam buildup inside the heater, increasing pressure and posing a risk of explosion. |
2. Do not install the connecting pipes at a downward angle, as this can disrupt water circulation, leading to uneven heating, reduced efficiency, and potential steam buildup inside the heater, which may increase pressure and pose a risk of explosion. |
4. Do not install valves that could accidentally close the water flow during operation, as this may trap steam inside, causing a pressure buildup in the heater, which increases the risk of explosion and serious injury. |
5. Check for leaks, blockages, or air pockets in the system, as these can disrupt circulation and reduce heating efficiency. |
