Assembly Instruction

 1. Part Details
※Before assembly, check for any missing, damaged or abnormal parts.
※Always remember to wear gloves when assembling to prevent injury.

Male Threaded Fitting x2 Sealing Ring x4 Clamp x4

Female Threaded Fitting x2 Connecting Pipe x2
 2. Drill Holes in the Hot Tub
First, determine the installation surfaces for both the heater and the hot tub.
Then, follow the instructions below to drill the holes:
1. Hole Diameter: φ45.5mm / 1.8in
2. Hole Position:
● The bottom hole of the hot tub should be at least 15cm (5.9 in) above the  installation surfaces.
● The top hole of the hot tub should be at least 5cm (2 in) higher than the upper connection of the water heater.
● Ensure the connecting pipe maintains a consistent upward incline.
After drilling, smooth the edges of the holes to remove any burrs and wood debris, preventing sealing issues with the connection.
 3. Install the Threaded Fittings
Install the threaded fittings correctly according to the diagram and tighten it until it does not rotate, ensuring a secure installation.
 4. Threaded Fittings Installation Complete
 5. Install the Connecting Pipes
Slide the two clamps onto the connecting pipe.
Attach both ends of the connecting pipe to the fittings of the tub and water heater. Slide the clamps in the direction of the arrows and position them at the designated spots shown in the image. Once in place, tighten the clamps to ensure they are securely locked, preventing the connecting pipe from loosening.
 6. Assembled
※Please read the “Usage Precautions” in this manual carefully and fully
    understand them before use.
※Please keep this manual in a safe place for easy reading before each use.

 Usage Precautions

1. To ensure smooth water circulation, avoid sharp bends or excessive curves in the connecting pipes, as they can restrict flow. Poor water circulation can lead to steam buildup inside the heater, increasing pressure and posing a risk of explosion.

2. Do not install the connecting pipes at a downward angle, as this can disrupt water circulation, leading to uneven heating, reduced efficiency, and potential steam buildup inside the heater, which may increase pressure and pose a risk of explosion.

4. Do not install valves that could accidentally close the water flow during operation, as this may trap steam inside, causing a pressure buildup in the heater, which increases the risk of explosion and serious injury.

5. Check for leaks, blockages, or air pockets in the system, as these can disrupt circulation and reduce heating efficiency.

 Maintenance and Care

● Regular Inspection: Periodically check the appearance of the connecting pipes (recommended at least once a week) for any visible damage, cracks, signs of aging, or surface wear. Pay special attention to the connection points to ensure there are no looseness, leaks, or other issues.
● Tightening the Connections: Periodically (every 2-3 months), use appropriate tools (such as a wrench) to gently tighten the nuts of the connecting pipes. Be careful not to overtighten, as this may damage the threads. If any looseness is detected, tighten the connections immediately.
● Prevent Scratches: During regular use and operation, avoid allowing sharp objects like tools to come into contact with the silicone connecting pipes to prevent scratches, which could affect their sealing performance and lifespan.
● Keep Away from Chemicals: Do not let the silicone connecting pipes come into contact with organic solvents, strong acids, alkalis, or other chemicals. These substances mayreact with the silicone, causing aging, degradation, or dissolution of the material.
● Avoid Extreme Temperatures: Although silicone has good high- and low-temperature resistance (typically -40°C to 200°C), prolonged exposure to extremely high or low temperatures can still affect its performance, causing the silicone to become hard or brittle.
● Avoid Sudden Temperature Changes: Try to avoid rapid temperature changes for the silicone connecting pipes. For example, do not rinse them with cold water immediately after use in a high-temperature environment, or introduce high-temperature water into the pipes suddenly in a low-temperature environment. Sudden temperature shifts can cause stress in the silicone, leading to cracking or deformation.
● Drainage: In cold winter conditions where freezing may occur, drain the water from the connecting pipes when not using the water heater or the tub, to prevent the water from freezing and expanding, which could cause pipe damage.
● Insulation: For connecting pipes exposed to outdoor or cold environments, take protective measures such as wrapping insulation materials (like thermal cotton or foam) around the pipes to reduce heat loss and lower the risk of freezing.
● Dry Storage: If the silicone connecting pipes need to be disassembled and stored, keep them in a dry, well-ventilated area to avoid damp conditions that could lead to mold growth or oxidation on the silicone surface.
● Avoid Compression and Twisting: Do not place heavy objects on the silicone connecting pipes during storage, nor should they be twisted or bent into tight shapes. This could cause permanent deformation and affect their normal use. It is best to store them in a straight position or hang them.
